Food was beyond delicious. I can tell they use Wagyu beef, and the champon ramen was fantastic. Beer was also very delicious. Tastes like IPA without the bitterness. Heads-up to anyone else like me, this store is located south side on the 14th floor. Take elevator to 7th, then go inside to take elevator to 14th.

Very friendly atmosphere, walked in and was greeted to sit down and immediately explained the menu in Japanese. Even with the language barrier with English, it was okay because they have a pretty good English speaker employee in Kyoka. So I was able to order without any problems. The food itself is amazing. The ramen broth is so savoury from the wagyu stock. And the toppings on top of the ramen are plenty, they did not hold back on loading the ramen up with wagyu, shrimp and clams. It was very filling. The wagyu gyoza are also very good. They set up many different sauces for you to try with the gyoza so you can make it match your pallet. The display when you get the food is also very fun and exciting as they tell you to record them for a very flashy flair introduction. All the staff members are friendly and make conversation with you while you eat and even after you are done eating. Very glad I came here on a whim when I found the place on Google maps

Absolutely delicious! The champon here is incredible. Every element—the soup, the noodles, and the toppings—had such a rich depth of flavor. Even the drinks were impressive. It was a completely new taste for me, and honestly, a wonderful experience from the food to the excellent service. Highly recommended!

Absolutely outstanding! We tried both the Ultra Champon and the Stamina Champon, and each dish was incredibly rich and full of flavor. We’ve had a lot of ramen all across Japan, but this place is definitely top-tier! The service was wonderful as well: super friendly and very patient. Even though we don’t speak any Japanese, the staff created a fun and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel completely at ease. A must-visit for all ramen and champon lovers — we’ll definitely be back!

Really really enjoyed my time at Mashi No Mashi—got five star service and the food was absolutely fantastic. The gyozas were mind blowing, and the broth for my ramen was really something. Might have to move here to Nagasaki…

This restaurant is more than just top-quality ramen: It's a full experience! The energetic atmosphere, the flashy presentation, and the wonderful staff make the whole meal feel truly special, besides just being a fantastic bowl of noodles. They all spoke great English and were really easy to chat with while I enjoyed my food. It's expensive, but the quality of the meal and the experience make it well worth the price!

My first meal at Nagasaki, easily the best bowl of ramen I ever had. The soup is just excellent.
